Scope

These terms cover orders in the Confort shop of Breutetastisch UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Neustraße 18, 66663 Merzig, Deutschland. The contract language is the language of the shop you use. German law applies. Mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence stay in place.

Contract

The catalogue is an invitation to order. The contract is formed when PayPal reports the payment as completed. Before that we do not owe delivery.

Prices and payment

Prices are final amounts in euro and include statutory VAT. Payment is through PayPal. We do not collect card details. Invoice questions: billing@confortsite.com.

Delivery

We deliver across the European Union from a warehouse in the EU. To Germany this is usually 3-5 working days. For other EU countries the window is in the payment confirmation. Shipping within Germany is free of charge. We will tell you the shipping cost for deliveries outside Germany by email before dispatch. We do not name a carrier here. All prices incl. VAT.

Title

The goods remain our property until payment is complete.

Conformity

Statutory conformity rights apply. We do not add a longer durability promise.

Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Details are on the withdrawal page.

Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential duties, limited to foreseeable loss. Mandatory liability remains.

Product

Confort Band is a comfort product for warmth and ease in daily life. It is not a medical device.
