Before you order
How does shipping work?
We ship across the EU from a warehouse in the EU. To Germany this is usually 3-5 working days. Shipping within Germany is free. We will tell you the shipping cost for deliveries outside Germany by email before dispatch. We do not name a carrier.
How do I pay?
On the checkout page you enter the delivery details and continue to PayPal. We do not collect card details on this website.
How long can I withdraw?
Consumers have 14 days. Send the notice to the billing address. You pay the cost of sending the goods back.
What is the belt not?
A comfort product for warmth and ease. Not a medical device.
