Orders and PayPal
When you place an order we process first name, last name, email, phone, street, postcode, city, country and an optional note if you write one. The purpose is the purchase: goods, delivery and payment. The basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. takes the payment. We send the delivery details and the basket lines so PayPal can create and take the payment. You enter card details only at PayPal. We do not store them and we do not ask for them on this website.
We do not keep a separate customer database. The details are used for the payment. Statutory retention applies if an invoice is created.
If you write to support@confortsite.com, info@confortsite.com or billing@confortsite.com, we reply by email. The form on the contact page sends name, email, an optional order number and the message by email to support@confortsite.com. We do not store the form on the server. The basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR when a contract is involved, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where the conditions are met. An email to info@confortsite.com is enough. The competent supervisory authority is Unabhängiges Datenschutzzentrum Saarland.
Order details are required for the contract. Without them we cannot create the payment.
